Due to a big move from the Gold Coast to Melbourne to expand my business, I had way too many clothes which I didn’t want to take with me, yet couldn’t seem to part with most of them. I would highly recommend Tracey Fincham from Style Central. Upon arriving on the Gold Coast from Adelaide I wanted to purchase new corporate clothes that would be suitable for the QLD climate. From the moment we spoke on the phone I was impressed with her recommendations in doing a wardrobe audit first and then go shopping for additional items.
I had a suit which I loved yet didn’t feel it was the correct fit. Tracey advised me that because it was such a good quality suit, that with some adjustments from her recommended seamstress it would be a good investment to keep. Once altered I loved it and glad I didn’t just give it away like I intended.
During my consultation Tracey also suggested colours and styles that would suit me that I would have never considered in the past. I find shopping daunting because I am time poor and find I either get no service or overly pushy salespeople in shops. It was a great experience having someone else do the legwork prior to heading out and felt like a VIP when arriving at a store where Tracey had pre-arranged some items in my own dressing room.
Overall this was a great experience and I feel very confident wearing my new clothes, and yes trying a different pant style did make me look taller and leaner plus on trend. I will definitely be booking regular shopping trips now with Tracey in the future and look forward to it.
